Cross Country: Recorded a 39th place finish in the 8k at the Covered Bridge Open with a time of 26:31.55… finished 57th in the FSU Open 8k with a time of 25:23.0… recorded a time of 25:20.4 in the 5 mile race at the Joe Piane Invitational… logged a time of 24:33.6 at the FSU Pre-Nationals meet… placed 84th at ACC Championships with a time of 25:12.3… placed 95th at the NCAA South Regional meet with a 10k time of 32:19.16.


Cross Country: Finished 52nd at the FSU Winter XC Classic in his FSU XC debut (24:29.7)…finished 15th and recorded a new personal-best 8k time at the FSU Winter XC Last Chance meet (24:22.5).

Indoor T&F: Finished 31st in the 3000m at the ACC Championships (8:36.37) and was on the DMR that took ninth (10:25.31)…competed at the Tyson Invite and took fourth in the 3000 (8:11.49)

Outdoor T&F: Took 14th in the 1500M with a time of 3:45.10 at the ACC Championships…grabbed bronze in the 1500m at the North Florida Invite (3:42.39)…placed eighth in the 1500M (3:45.24) at the Virginia Challenge…opened the season by taking fourth place at the Pepsi Florida Relays (3:46.28).


Talented middle distance standout from Australia who will sit out the 2019-20 school year as a redshirt…enjoyed a banner 2019 calendar year, piling up a trio of personal-bests on the track back home including 1:53.20 (800), 3:49.90 (1500), and 8:27.80 (3000)…arrived at FSU in August 2019 and trained on his own, acclimating himself to the rigors of school and the climate.



Competing unattached in his first foray into collegiate cross country, placed seventh at the FSU Invitational, covering the 8k home course in 24:54.7…prior to his arrival claimed silver in the 1500m at the Australian Athletics U20 National Championships…won the Tasmanian Open Men’s State 3000 title…was the Australian U20 Men’s National 3000 silver medalist…recognized at the U20 Male Tasmanian State 2018-19 Athlete of the Year…breakthrough on the track came in 2017 when he won the Tasmanian U18 Men’s State 800 title…is the son of Sarah Field and Stefan Walker…pursuing a degree in sport management…born May 22, 2000.
