A 2019 FHSAA 1A state champion in the 200 free (1:47.84) and runner-up in the 500 free (4:48.57)…a two-time finalist in 2018 where she placed fourth in the 500 free (4:53.70) and sixth in the 200 free (1:52.17)… won bronze in the 200 free (1:52.02) and was fourth in the 500 free (4:55.90) in 2017…All-Star Preps Best of Palm Beach Country Swimming Award 2018-19, 2019-20…All-Star Preps Best of Palm Beach Country water polo award…placed fourth in the 800m free at the Speedo Champions Series in March of 2020 (9:03.99)…a two-time Florida Gold Coast senior champ in 2019 in the 200 free (1:50.98) and 200 IM (2:04.87)….also appeared in five other finals…an NISCA All-American in 2018

Born June 27, 2003…daughter of Heather and Adam Trieschmann…sister Hannah swims at Nova Southeastern…plans to major in interior design.
